This petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.8238 of 2011, dated 10.08.2011 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner and 1st respondent. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for 2nd respondent submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.137 of 2012 before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and now the case is pending at the stage of trial.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), since the charge sheet itself has been filed before the trial court and the same is pending in C.C.No.137 of 2012, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this petition is dismissed. Consequently connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
