Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extension of time in Crl.O.P.No.25667 of 2021 dated on 03.01.2022 to execute the order of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25677 of 2021, dated 03.01.2022 before the learned Judicial magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

2. This Court on 03.01.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners imposed a condition that the petitioners should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties before the learned Judicial magistrate No.II, Ponneri, within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioners.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that due to delay in receiving the copy of the conditional order, they could not able to execute the sureties within a time stipulate by this Court.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, for executing sureties time is extended till 16.05.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 28/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
