O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Mrs.Srividya, aged about 20 years.

According to the petitioner, he married her on 20.11.2016. He would further stated that now, she has been taken by her father and kept in Dubai, illegally.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 and we have also perused the records carefully.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue is presently living happily with her parents in Dubai and there is no illegal detention.

4.We find no reason to disbelieve the said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
