M/S.Cholamandalam Investment v. Abdulvadud Akbar Agalave

APPLICATION No.5598 of 2016 S.VIMALA, J., By the order dated 28.02.2017, the respondent is directed to furnish security to the claim made by the Applicant, within a period of three weeks.

2. The said order has been communicated to the respondent and affidavit of service has been filed to that effect.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant that, despite notice having been served on the respondent, of which proof of service has been filed, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent. The respondent also failed to furnish the security, as ordered by this Court, earlier.

4. As stated in the order dated 28.02.2017, the security is not furnished by the respondent. Hence, property is ordered to be attached.

With the said directions, this Application is closed.
