ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the offences under sections 273 and 328 of IPC read with Section 7(1) and 22(2) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, filed this petition seeking bail.

2.The petitioner herein was found illegal possession of banned Tobacco Products by the respondent police for the third time. This time, 13 Kg 350gms of hans and Tobacco products were seized from his petty shop. The petitioner was arrested on 09.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Taking note of the bad antecedent of this petitioner and the quantity of the banned tobacco products seized from his possession, this Court is of the view that if he is released on bail at this juncture, he may abscond and repeat the crime. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
