(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

2. The present writ petition is filed in the nature of a public interest litigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is settled. In a public interest litigation, there cannot be personal dispute among the parties.
