This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2015, investigate and file final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is essentially civil in nature. The property in question was sold, when the petitioner was a minor. The petitioner has challenged the same, now, by filing the civil suit. During the pendency of the civil suit, it is now alleged by the petitioner that the trees on the property have been cut. 4. Under these circumstances, no positive direction can be given and the petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
