This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.OP.No.26216 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 in Cr.No.189 of 2024, that the Petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.26216 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 in Cr.No.189 of 2024, that the Petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice, viz., on first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
