This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner complaint dated 27.03.2015 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and file final report within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
