Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.783/2021 dated 05.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJINIKANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.783 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 109, 114, 365 and 370 of IPC and Section 87 r/w 81 of J.J. Act. in Crime No.1097 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered.
