(CRIME NO.773/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e.1st working day of every month at 10.30am, until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.12361/2021 in Crl.M.P.No.4767/2021 in Crl.M.P.No.7575/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13789/2020 dated 29.11.2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 29.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.12361 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 29.11.2021 stands relaxed and, therefore, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
