The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Sub-Judge, Tambaram to complete the trial of the case in H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2016 within a period of three months or a reasonable period that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.99 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu

Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce. In the aforesaid petition, the respondent has filed counter statement on 30.06.2016. Thereafter, the HMOP has been posted for enquiry. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the said HMOP.

2. By considering the above facts, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to dispose of the HMOP.No.99 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
