Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should sign before the respondent Police Station every Wednesday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in the order passed in Crl.O.P. No.2682 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 on the file of this Honble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SYED MAZHAR HAYATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.2682 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.
