ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.37 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025, that the first and second petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, the third petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.37 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed for petitioners 1 and 2/A1 and A2 and modified for 3rd petitioner/A3; that A3 shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
