ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of intervening in the civil dispute in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that a specific complaint was given against the petitioner regarding job racketing. Based on the complaint, the petitioner was summoned only for enquiry. In such circumstances, calling for enquiry would not amount to harassment. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06-03-2026 Index : Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order rsi 2/4
