ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 22.08.2020 submitted to the 1st respondent is pending without consideration. He would seek a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation in the light of G.O.Ms.No.15 Home (Polive IV) Department dated 07.01.2010.

2. Mr.P.V.Selva Kumar, Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2020, and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
