This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1716/2025 dated 03.02.2025 concerned the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1716/2025 dated 03.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders is relaxed.
