5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and noticing that the delay sought to be condoned is only 2 days, we accept the reason for delay i.e., that the petitioner is 84 years old and has advanced age related health issues.

6. Sequitur is, delay condoned. Captioned Crl MP is ordered as prayed for.
