Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Consent /Licence order No.2505270768874 granted to the 3rd Respondent and quash the same as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct a fair independent and time bound enquiry into the complaints submitted by the petitioners and other affected residents regarding the operations of the 3rd Respondents and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
