COMMON PRAYER : Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in the Order passed by the First Respondent dated 11.08.2014 with Serial Number No.TN/RECY/CP-25/51-92051/CCR-61084 61085 and Quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein notice to proceed against the petitioners in pursuance of the order dated 13.03.2014 passed by the third respondent.
