2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1736 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025, is relaxed.
