Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.29057/2014/J2, dated 05.08.2015, reversing the order of the second respondent made in Pa.Mu.3433/2014/B3, dated 12.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to continue to maintain the Revenue Records in favour of the petitioners in respect of 20 cents of land in Survey No.232/2A2 of Avallapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order of the first respondent dated 05.08.2015 reversing the order passed by the second respondent dated 12.11.2014.

2. Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the fourth respondent has filed a suit to declare the Power of Attorney Deed dated 16.05.1997 executed in favour of the petitioners as null and void in O.S.No.6 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur, and prayed that the petitioners may be permitted to work their remedy in the pending suit.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to put-forth their all the contentions in O.S.No.6 of 2017 by leading oral and documentary evidence. With regard to revenue entries, the status-quo, which is prevailing as on today, shall continue to be maintained and no mutation shall be effected nor any alienation should be permitted. No Costs.
