O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the petitioner has made a complaint against the Bank Officials, who had given loan on the property. Further, this complaint has also been sent by post.

4. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the first respondent police excluding the allegation against the Bank Officials who had only passed the loan application and on such complaint being given, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
