ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.03.2024 in W.P.No. 24659 of 2021.

2. The respondent appeared before this Court.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing proceedings dated 04.06.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed to the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
