O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 6757 of 2020 by the respondent.

2. While disposing the said writ petition, this Court directed the 1/4

petitioner to give representation to the third respondent school requesting to appoint him as B.T. Assistant (History) on temporary or consolidated basis within a period of two weeks and directed the third respondent therein to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks.

3. During the course of hearing of this contempt case, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed a copy of the order dated 26.03.2025 and would submit that the petitioner submitted his representation on 05.12.2024 and the same has been considered and passed orders on 26.03.2025 rejecting the request of the petitioner, in view of the fact that there is no vacancy of B.T. Assistant (History) in the respondent school.

4. On perusal of the order dated 26.03.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order dated 08.11.2024 of this Court has been complied with and as such, this contempt case can be closed. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.

6. However, it is open to the petitioner to ventilate his grievances against the order dated 26.03.2025 passed by the respondent in appropriate forum, if so adviced.
