It is seen that the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Krishnagiri had already granted anticipatory bail to the Petitioner/A3 in Crl.M.P.No.885 of 2023 by an order, dated 16.03.2023.

2. The anticipatory bail which is granted will be in force till the completion of trial. Necessary steps to be taken by the Petitioner. Therefore, this petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
