[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 13.11.2024 which reads as follows:
'W.P.No.9485 of 2021 and W.M.P.No.10082 of 2021 in M.SUNDAR, J., K.RAJASEKAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR. J.,] There is no representation for writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on 'Videoconferencing' {'VC'} platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a daily / regular / routine feature in this Court.
2. However, R1 to R4 are represented by Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader and R5 to R9 are represented by Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel.
3. Mr.V.Ravi, learned Special Government Pleader and Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for R5 to R9 are before us in physical Court.
4. With the intention of giving an opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter tomorrow (14.11.2024) under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.'

2. Today, the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'. The position is no different today i.e., there is no representation for the writ petitioner.
3. There are 9 respondents. Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4 (official respondents) and Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for R5 to R9 (private respondents) are before us.
4. As the writ petitioner has not come forward to pursue the captioned WP, the same is dismissed for default. Consequently, Writ Miscellaneous Petition thereat is also dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
