This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case, against the order dated 16.08.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.2345 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
