O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of attachment of salary of the judgment debtors 3 and 4.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/judgment debtor 3 would state that pending disposal of the above revision petition, as per the impugned award dated 21.01.2013, the entire amount has been recovered by the first respondent. He further stated that the first respondent has recovered excess amount from the petitioner and hence, the petitioner is entitled for refund of the excess amount.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Page 2 / 4

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.If there is any excess amount paid by the petitioner, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
