The present prayer in the criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.214/2013 on the file of FTC-II, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, at Allikulam, Chennai -3 and withdraw the same from the file of FTC-II, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore at Allikulam Chennai - 3 and transfer the same to the file of any one FTC, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
