The petitioner has come up with this revision, challenging the order, declining to discharge him in C.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Special Judge, Principal Special Court under EC&NDPS Act, Chennai.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, after having realised that the remedy for the petitioner is to file a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., has not pressed this revision, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
