This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by the husband of the third respondent one Annadurai, a case in Crime No.123 of 2022 has been registered against one Arumugam, who is the father of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner. He would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in this case. He would further submit that on the complaint given by the father of the petitioner Arumugam against Annadurai, a case in Crime No.124 of 2022 has been registered in which, the petitioner is mentioned as witness. He would submit that other than calling the petitioner and recording her statement in Crime No.124 of 2022, the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear, since the petitioner is not an accused in this case, the second respondent shall not unnecessarily harass her under the guise of enquiry.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
