ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for not obeying the order passed in W.P.No.32634 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32634 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 has been duly complied with and pleaded to close the Petition, for which, there is no objection on the side of the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the Contempt petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
