order issued by the first respondent herein, the Commissioner, HR & CE, (admn) Department, Chennai issued in R.P.No.82 of 2015 D2 dated 20.10.2015 for installation of Hundial in the Sannadhi of the above said temple namely, Arulmigu Pandi Muneeswarar temple, Melamadai, Madurai North, Madurai-20 and quash the same. Prayer in WP.No.38585 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the first respondent herein, the Commissioner, HR & CE, (admn) Department, Chennai issued in R.P.No.125 of 2015 D2 dated 20.10.2015 for confirmation of appointment of Special Officers in the above said temple namely, Arulmigu Pandi Muneeswarar temple, Melamadai, Madurai North, Madurai-20 and quash the same.
