2. It is brought to the notice of this court that though two cases viz., Crl.O.P.Nos.15224 and 22200 of 2018 had been listed and dismissed as abated on 29.6.2022. The order has been typed only in Crl.O.P.No.15224 of 2018.

It is hereby clarified that when the matter was called on 29.6.2022, the case bundle in respect of Crl.O.P.No.22200 of 2018 was not found in the court records and no order has been typed in Crl.O.P.No.22200 of 2018, due to non-availablility of the said case bundle and hence, the Registry was directed to trace the case bundle in Crl.O.P.No.22200 of 2018.
