ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner over two years has failed to serve the private respondents and thus, we see no reason why we should entertain the petition.

2. We, however, make it clear that this will not preclude the Corporation of Coimbatore from proceeding in accordance with law against the private respondents on the issue of the alleged unauthorised construction.

3. The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2014 are closed.
