The petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.06.2017 passed in W.P.No.16250 of 2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the

communication sent by the Joint Commissioner Office, South Zone, Chennai - 16 bearing No.Na.Ka.Po(the.ma)/27733 /WP1146/2018, dated 26.10.2018, wherein, it is stated that on payment of cost of Rs.47,000/- by the petitioner, necessary police protection would be provided to her. 3.In reply to the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is inclined to pay the aforesaid amount, for the purpose of providing police protection to her.

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with a direction to the respondent to provide police protection, on payment of Rs.47,000/- by the petitioner.
