This petition has been filed by the Accused seeking to quash the case in C.No.190/Cop/2011 on the file of the first respondent police pending investigation.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.06.2017. Thereafter, the matter came up in the list on 01.08.2017 and on that day the Registry was directed to print the name of the Public Prosecutor and post the matter on 22.08.2017. Thereafter, the matter came up in the listed on 24.08.2017 and on that day when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted in the list under the caption "for dismissal" on 29.08.2017.
3.Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Crl.O.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution.
