(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been preferred against the interim order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, dated 12.02.2013 passed in O.A.No.205 of 2013.

2.In the aforesaid O.A., the petitioner had prayed that he may be appointed to the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in the reservation quota for OBC with all other consequential reliefs.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has been appointed to the post of Lower Division Clerk as prayed for in the aforesaid O.A. 4.In this view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
