This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition of executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate as ordered by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27950 of 2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 10.04.2024, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
