The matter has been adjourned from time to time. Even on the last two occasions, it was posted for dismissal in one of such occasion. Thereafter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that change of vakalat has been given as the petitioner has taken the bundle and hence, the petitioner's name was directed to be printed in the cause list. Today (22.06.2017), despite the name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
