The present contempt petition is as against an interim order permitting the petitioner to participate in the selection process. In the mean time, the main writ petition itself came to be dismissed by this Court on 03.11.2016. Hence, disobedience alleged, does not serving as on date since, the out come of the interim order was subject to the final decision of the writ petitioner.
