The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for the direction directing the Subordinate Court, Tiruppur to dispose of AS.No.9 of 2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners have filed a suit in OS.No.77 of 2000 for declaration and permanent injunction, which was decreed. Challenging the said

Judgment and Decree, the respondent has filed an appeal in AS.No.9 of 2016 and the same is pending before the Appellate court. Therefore, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal of the said appeal.

2. In view of the above facts and in view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Tiruppur to dispose of the appeal suit in AS.No.9 of 2016 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
