ORDER

This Court, by interim order dated 28.09.2016 in W.M.P.No.29504 of 2016 in W.P.No.34200 of 2016, has directed the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant (Science) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ temporarily and release the salary to the petitioner from

the date of appointment pending disposal of the writ petition.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said interim order dated 28.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
