This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the above second appeal and rank them as appellants 2 to 5 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.6785 of 2022 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
