This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue the extract of the Insurance Particulars and R.C.Book of Car No.TN 63 AR 2594 in connection with the FIR in Crime No.613 of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 279 & 304(A) of IPC dated 28.09.2019 on petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Paranthaman, Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police Station, Kancheepuram District is present. He submitted that, petitioner was provided with copies of R.C.Book related to Car No.TN 63 AR 2594, insurance particulars, copy of the FIR in Crime No.613 of 2019.

3. Recording the above submission that the petitioner was supplied with the copies sought for in this petition, this court is of the view that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.
