This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchencode, Namakkal, to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.4 of 2018, within a stipulated time. 2.It is seen that the petitioner's husband passed away leaving behind his wife and two daughters. Now, the petitioner was thrown away from the matrimonial home. Hence, she filed a domestic violence complaint as http://www.judis.nic.in
G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J., rm against the respondents, who were all in-laws in the year 2018, which is still pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode. Hence, the petitioner prays for early disposal of the case in D.V.C.No.4 of 2018. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchencode, Namakkal, to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
