This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.180 of 2010.

2. According to the petitioners, the first respondent herein has filed a suit in O.S.No.180 of 2010 seeking specific performance. The first respondent/plaintiff has filed an application in I.A.No.388 of 2017. In the http://www.judis.nic.in

kkd aforesaid I.A., notice has been ordered in the aforesaid suit, but some of the respondents have not been served and the said application is pending. Therefore, the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer.

3. In view of the above, considering the suit is of the year 2010 and also the stage of the suit, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur to dispose of the application in I.A.No.388 of 2017 in O.S.No.180 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible after completion of service to the respondents.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
