This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Crime No.216 of 2025 instead of Crime No.215 of 2025 in Crl.MP.No.1856 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.33378 of 2025 dated 06.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition viz., Crl.M.P.No.1856 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.33378 of 2025, the crime number has been wrongly mentioned as Crime No.215 of 2025 instead of Crime No.216 of 2025. This fact was not seriously disputed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
