O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner herein in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is seen that one Malliga has given a complaint against the petitioner and that, this petitioner has also lodged a counter complaint against Malliga. The first respondent police is conducting enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. Under these circumstances, no blanket direction could be given as prayed for by this petitioner. The petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to co-operate with the Police, when they make enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.

5. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against her arrest.

6. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
